On 15th April 2017 my friends Claire and Chris faced the unimaginable loss of their beautiful baby boy Isaac James. Since then I have been in awe of their drive to make Isaac proud and raise funds for other families going through the same experience.
They have already raised money towards a baby memorial garden in Chester park and I want to help them and Durham & Wearside Sands to reach their goal.
