To celebrate my company's 10 year Birthday, I am joining the corporate 'Challenge 1100', please click below 'Challenge 1100' for further details. I will be taking part in the London section of the challenge, covering famous landmarks and sights as I hobble along. 

Some of my family and friends have lost their loved ones due to cancer, so this is my opportunity to do a little to fight against the disease.  I have never ran for charity (not much of a runner) and this is my first attempt, so please donate as much as you can for a great cause and give me all the motivation I need.Thank you for your donation.  

The run would start at Lancaster Gate end and through the Hyde Park, Constitution Hill up through the Mall passing Big Ben, London Eye etc. ending at Embankment. The walk would begin at Embankment and snake its' way through the city crossing the river over and ending at London Bridge.
