Heart disease is one of the UK's biggest killers and Croydon has recently become a heart town to try and help beat it. This is why I am doing the Ben Nevis Challenge in June. Along with 15 others from Croydon I will be climbing Ben Nevis, cycling 25 miles,  & canoeing 1.5miles. And this is all on the same day (I hope!).
