On Monday 27th May Claire and I will take part in  the London 10k on behalf of the charity DEBRA, this is a fantastic charity who help sufferers of a debilitating disease called epidermis bullosa, as a sufferer of the milder form of this I know how painful this can be,  if you would like to find out more please go to their site www.debra.org.uk and read some of the stories and also see where your dontations will go to help, some of the stories are heartbreaking, but know every bit of money they receive goes towards finding a cure for this.
