On Sunday 22nd March I will be cycling 100 miles with some great people to raise money for PAC - Positive Action on Cancer.

PAC is a Frome based charity that provides free, professional counselling to anyone affected or bereaved by cancer or other life threatening illnesses in BANES, Somerset and West Wilts.

I will be riding with my friend Emily (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Emily-Lionheart/287273211439912) and the rest of Team PAC. Emily is the first to admit that she doesn't have much experience on a bike. The fact that she has taken on this challenge is truly inspiring.
