I am racing in Ironman UK in Bolton on 4 August 2013. This involves a 2.4 Mile Swim, 112 Mile Bike and 26.2 Mile Run.

My goal is collect enough sponsorship to pay for a defibrillator to be placed outside the sports club in Stratford Upon Avon. This life saving equipment will be available to be used by anybody who needs it.

I've been training hard since September 2012, my wife and children are beginning to forget what I look like!
