This year I made a  ' Life changing '  decision - the decision, not having " run " for over 30 years, to ' take on ' the challenge ' of The Great North run !

But indeed, not as ' life changing ' as was the sudden death on Dec 11th last year of my beautiful Wife Jane, after 30 wonderful year's together, as a result of complications from Pancreatic Cancer.

I have already had such wonderful encouragement, support and I already ' ache ' even before the Run starts - but as a Tribute to Jane, if you feel able to support me in any way whatsoever then please follow the Link so we can raise the funds to continue the ' battle ' against this most evil of Cancers.
