At last I'm able to take part in an organised cycling event and this will be a 70km course around the Swedish lake, Glan.

This is the second time I'll be taking part in a sporting event for the Children's Heart Federation and I'm very proud to be doing so.

So please dip into your pockets and help this very worthwhile charity.
