Ok people, this is it, it is time. 

Time for me to admit that tarmac is part of my life.

Time to admit that i like spandex and tight fitting sprayed on clothing with lots of Acronyms and TECHNOLOGY.

Recently my favourite person lost a person close to them from a stroke.  Sometimes it's hard to know what to say and do but it's important to do 'something'.

This will be my 'something' and i hope it gives some relief to the pain others feel.

I have chosen the CHSS charity for another reason... most of my family finish this life with some form of heart nonsense so it will be acknowledging that also.

I know these days things are tough for all of us but as i always say... there is always someone in more need than you. 

In the next few months i will be toughening up, manning up, shaving my legs and possibly (and worryingly) more so please make it all worthwhile. I like being hairy!
