I'm doing the Innovista Sponsored Challenge: I'll run 10km along trails, mountain bike 25km, kayak 1km and whatever else the organisers throw at me!

I'm raising money for Innovista Ireland. My friend, Sam Moore, leads this charity with the aim of helping to develop young leaders who will lead with integrity and make a positive difference in their local communities. Ireland is crying out for leaders and Innovista Ireland want to be a part of developing the next generation.
