I am taking part in F2A - a two day, 145 mile cycle from London VeloPark to Ajax's Stadium in Amsterdam. Funds raised will be donated directly to Prostate Cancer UK whose aim is to stamp out the cancer most common in men - it's a disease which kills one man every 45 minutes (or two men in the time it takes to play a football match).
