Story
Most people know that I found out I had cancer back in 2012 after party/beer/potato canon. I was lucky that it was discovered in the early stages and I'm now cancer free & I have the opportunity to give something like this a go, could have all been very different.
I'm training 2-3 times a week, running 3 times a week - never done anything like this before & I'm sure I look pathetic doing burpee's, star jumps and other things at training, I've got no co-ordination. I struggle to remember anything I'm told so I'm sure I'll be an amazing boxer. 1st couple of times going to training my mind was telling me not to carry on as I was well out of my comfort zone & then I broke my finger in the door as I was leaving after a training session but anyway..
My fight is taking place on 24th November 2019 at Lordswood Leisure Centre, Chatham so let me know if you would like a ticket to come and watch me throw my arms around and take a punch, hopefully I'll land 1 or 2.
