On 3rd July, with over a +150 fantastic people I will embark on a Marathon walk (over 26 miles / 8 hours!) from Greenwich boat club to Richmond Rugby club in memory of our dear colleague Renee Metroka.

The brief time I worked with Renee, you could tell she had such a positive aura about her and a fantastic sense of humour. She was an inspiration for so many across Unilever, with her never give up attitude. She originally battled with rare ocular cancer in 2014 which unfortunately spread to her Liver and she sadly lost her fight through complications in January 2018.

We are raising funds for a charity close to Renee’s heart helping to fund much needed research into Ocular cancer and how to treat it. Rare cancers like these are often overlooked when trying to raise funds.

Please help me play my little part in raising funds for this fantastic charity.
