On March 23rd I'm going to be running the Wilmslow Half Marathon in aid of Spinal Research. There is a team of us running for this charity, which funds vital research into treatments for spinal injury. This is a really important area of medicine due to the huge impact spinal injury can have on a person's life. Any dontations, no matter how small, would be really appreciated :)
