Hello!

In September I shall be cycling from Geneva to Nice.  Sounds lovely doesn't it (?) until you factor in the 6 days, 750 kms and over 16,000 metres of ascent!  

I signed up without reading the small print(!) but having resolved to go through with it (even though I now realise it will half kill me!), it would be great if could you support me through the highs, the lows and the very dark moments (and there will be quite a few, rest assured) by making a donation to Emmaus, my firm's charity of the year.
