I started mountain walking around 3 years ago and I have now certainly acquired the 'Mountain Bug', in my job i drive a lot and pass through some lovely countryside, the biggest problem for me is the 'passing' bit, I just want to get out and walk on the mountains but I guess my boss wouldn't be too happy if I did this.

I work for Provident Financial as a Field Admin Manager and over the course of the last 4 years we have raised some large sums of money for our Charity of the Year; Year 1 saw a total of £25,000 raised for Cancer Research, Year 2 saw a total of £31,000 raised for Help for Heroes, we then had a well deserved break as business was busy and we finished H4H late. Last year a we introduced a new Charity of the year - Wish Upon A Star, this charity supports children and families through some very trying times and serious illnesses, our aim was to raise over £31,000 and beat our total for Help for Heroes. Success again - We raised just under £40,000.

This is where you come in? I will be self funding & climbing 8 mountains in the High Atlas Range in morocco on 9th June 2013 in aid of this charity and would welcome all donations small or large, please pass on my site details to your family and friends and I will keep you all supplied with information of my Trek.
