<p class="MsoNormal">My little sister Rachel (the cute one in the photo!) has been lucky enough to benefit from the commited hard work of the great people at DSEI. It is a difficult time for many charities to raise the funds they need. Every penny you can give will go someway to supporting the fantastic work that DSEI do in transforming the lives of many thousands of children each year.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Last year, I took part in the Great North Run, this year, it is the Great South Run.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>While being 3 miles less, at a mere 10 miles, it is right on the doorstep of DSEI (and hopefully a flatter course!)</p>
