 On the 19th July Me, Jamie Kinsella, Michael Hall and Jordan King will be playing 72 holes of golf in a single day to raise money for McMillan cancer support. i will be doing this in memory of family members that battled cancer bravely but are sadly no longer with us. We chose to support McMillan after learning of the fantastic support McMillan provides to cancer patients and their loved ones.

The challenge sounds fairly easy play 4 of rounds golf in a day, but it will be anything but easy! We will be starting at sunrise and probably finishing at sunset, it will consist of 20 miles+ Walking Breightmet golf course while carrying our golf clubs and playing thousands of shots. The course is very long and mostly uphill. We will only have one break after 36 holes for half an hour. It will probably take us around 18 hours to complete the challenge.

I would like to say a big thank you to Breightmet golf club for hosting the event and letting us use their course free of charge, no other course within 25 miles would even discuss letting us do the challenge. Anybody that would like to come support on the day will get members rates on food and drink at Breightmet golf club.
