I am doing two events in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust a skydive at Auchterarder on 5th June 2010 , and a trek in Costa Rica on 18th to 28th November 2010.Since I have been diagnosed with M.S. I have given up smoking, and am nowgong to the gym 6 times a week training for the above events.My family and friends are supporting me by organising different events, such asholding a celebrity tribute night. on Friday 16thJuly 2010 , tickets will be on sale at The Blackburn Bowling Club, or call Mark on 07821446118.

LANNAS RESTAURANT,BATHGATE.       Lanna is supporting me by having a charity meal night

and raffle on Saturday 28th August, giving half of the  £20.00 cost of each meal to M.S.  To book a meal please phone Lanna on 01506 813911.Thanks Lanna and a thank you to the girls at BEAUT WITH TANZ, Sara Jane ,Victoria and Lisa for donating prizes for the raffle. 

I would also like to thank  St. Kentigerns, Lady of Lourdes, and Murrayfield Schools for organisingspecial days at the school to raise money for my sponsored Trek and Sky Dive.
