<p>Hello everyone - in order to raise money for the charity I work for Siona and I were hoping to take part in a 23 mile bike ride with other members of my team. Unfortunately due to surgery last week I have been instructed not to participate. However Sue Dean our finance director is happy to act as my sustitute on Saturday. In the meantime I will promise to do the ride with Siona on the first fair weather day in November.</p>
<p>They are cycling from the Manor House in Bramley to Skipton on the 1st of October 2011 all wearing orange fancy dress to represent BARCA.</p>
