In 2000 I (Mark) was successful in summiting Kilimanjaro the highest peak in , although 50% of our group did not manage to get to the summit. On returning home, my daughter Charlotte said she would like to do it. Jokingly I said when all your studies are over, maybe....

Ten years later, at the age of 24 (she is now a teacher) the previous jest has become a reality. In August a small group of fathers with their children will be attempting to conquer Kilimanjaro.
