Mark's 2018 Paris Marathon page

Mark Lingard is raising money for Moth in a China Shop
In memory of Arthur Mason
Donations cannot currently be made to this page
Moth in a China Shop was set up in 2015 in memory of Arthur Mason; a 21 year old man who sadly lost his life in the summer of 2014. The charity exists to provide support in areas where sport and nutritional awareness is not well established, or rehabilitation programmes and equipment is required.

Story

The number 4 had great significance in Arthur's life as well as in his passing as it was his rugby playing number. 2018 will be the fourth year since we lost him which is why myself, Guy Watts and Harry Sheppard have chosen to run the Paris Marathon.

We hope our efforts in doing so will raise money for the charity, Moth in a China Shop, which was set up in his memory. As well as give Arthur a good laugh watching us struggle through the 26 miles!

We ask that you please donate as much or as little as you can to aid in our effort to raise money for MIACS and assist in the work the charity achieves in bettering the lives of others through sport and nutritional education.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our page and thank you in advance for your generosity!

Please keep an eye on Moth in a China Shop's social media to see updates of our training efforts and the antics that will take place in Paris on the 8th of April 2018.
