So it&rsquo;s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now.</p> <p>As many of you will know, I loast my lovely wife, Amanda, to breast cancer earlier this year.</p> <p>To honour her memory I wanted to do something to raise funds for the Beechwood Cancer Care Centre in Stockport. Both Amanda and I received a lot of invaluable help and support from beechwood, and I know Amanda made a number of lasting friends there.</p> <p>Being totally unfit, anything wildly energetic would be out of the question so I have decided to sacrifice my long flowing locks and big bush beard (see photo when I've managed to upload it).
