Team Ross is the coming together of friends of Ross Ballard to make several relay teams to complete the Edinburgh marathon, the city Ross and his beautiful wife and kids, Rachel, Aaron and Cian lived and loved.

We are supporting Brain Tummour Research as it was a brain tumour that took Ross from us.

"Ok, cards on the table, I am unfit! This is a couch to 13k adventure. Sure I used to be fit-ish, but then I got this ghost injury that I put me out of action for about 3 years, but I think I've gotten to the bottom of it now.

So by supporting me, you aren't just paying for up to two hours of me crawling around the marathon track in May, you also get many more hours of grimacing and "feeling the burn" as I try to get my body to remember how to run again. It a journey! Oh and of course the money goes to hopefully save lives in the future.

Kirsten and I will be running the same leg, Gosford House, but on different relay teams and we've even gotten the kids involved too, Tess and Neve will be running the kids events on the day before.
