I'm very lucky that I'm able to run to improve my fitness and mental wellbeing  but some are not as fortunate and thus I'd like to support them by doing this half marathon.  If you could spare a few pounds it would be appreciated immensely.  My goal is a sub 84 minutes half marathon, so join me in this journey and follow my training on Strava: http://www.strava.com/athletes/19997621. 

On Sunday 24th September, I'll  be part of a team of the 500 runners affiliated with the University of Nottingham and will be doing the Robin Hood Half Marathon. This event will be a part of the fundraising for the Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre (CBTRC) under LifeCycle 7.
