Story

I am doing  alot of running events. These are the main two at the moment.

17th August 2013, I am running for 12 hours to see how far can get. You could win some money if you can guess how far i will run. See my blog for more details.

On May 24th 2014, I am running from London to Brighton, which is a distance of 63 miles. I hope to do that in under 12 hours.

The main event   April 2015 Marathon Des sable

The Marathon des Sables is probably the world's toughest running event. The race covers approx. 145m in six stages over seven days – which is a total of almost six marathons.

The stages include a dune day (a day that is run entirely in sand dunes) and a non-stop 50 mile stage that has to be completed within 40 hours.

The race takes place in April in the Moroccan Sahara. Mid-day temperatures can rise to 120°F; the terrain is uneven, rocky, stony ground and sandstorms are frequently a problem. In addition, competitors have to carry everything they will need for the duration (apart from water and tents) on their person.

You can also sponsor my gorgeous girlfriend here. She is running the Great North Run 2013
