As you can see i am running the Birmingham Half Marathon on Sunday 11 Oct for my chosen charity, TE. Traidcraft Exchange, is the UK's only development charity specialising in making trade work for the poor.

I will be updating my page with a brief outline of how my training and preparations are going for the big day so there can be no doubt how seriously i am taking it! :)

Today it has been announced running legend Paula Radcliffe will be running in the World Championships which precedes us fun runners. I am reading her book for some inspiration and motivation.
