In 2 weeks time, I'll be going back to my roots and walking 96 miles from Glasgow to Fort William to raise money for Marie Curie. At least that's the plan.

For those of you fortunate enough not to have visited a Marie Curie hospital then long may it continue. For those that have, you will know that the kindness of the many staff and volunteers offers some comfort in some very sad times. Last year my father died in a Marie Curie hospital and this is simply an attempt to put something back.
