<p>It was just another day in the studio, there I was pretending to do some work when my mind wondered. I was thinking I wanted an adventure at the end of the year. I was going through many possibilities in my head when I got a text with some banter about running the Monpoly board. I took this as a sign and said yes. Little did I know what I had let myself in for........45 miles in the heat of June running round London.</p>

<p>So now I'm setting up this page to help the lads raise some money for a couple of charities which have impacted them and people around them: The Alzheimer's Society and Canine Partners. You can find more details on their Just Giving pages.</p>
