Wow, first of all a huge thank you for those who have supported this very worthwhile cause. The triathlon went very well, indeed much better than I expected. My target was to finish under 2 hrs and 45 mins and I actually finished in 2hrs and 24 mins.
Just received confirmation that I am in the 2nd wave for the triathlon swim, my challenge starts at 8.30am on Sunday.
I am absolutely delighted at the support from Lido members and friends. It really does not matter how large or small the donation is, the fact that someone has decided to support me is amazing. Thank you
Tested my borrowed wetsuit in the pool today, felt great in 25 degrees. Lets see how 11 degrees in the river avon greets me on Sunday?
