...and two pretty serious athletes are taking part on behalf of The Emily Ash Trust - Richard Stannard and Mike Trees. Both took part last year when they raced with Lawrence Dallaglio on the day. Richard has a huge string of titles to his name in terms of being a world class swimmer, nickname "the fish" - see www.richardstannard.com.  Mike Trees is a former elite triathlete, duathlete and master running world champion - see www.miketrees.com and have agreed to go against Lawrence and celebrity friends.
