Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

Myself, along with a number of colleagues will, at the end of Sept15, be cycling from London to Paris for the great cause of 'Help for Heroes'.

This is the first time I've ever attempted any physical challenge of this magnitude and having not owned or ridden a bike in the past 30 years makes the prospect even more daunting.

As a team, we are looking to raise over £50,000 and I'm looking for my friends and family to help me raise my share of this total.

Please can you show your support for the cause, and for myself, by donating whatever you can, then feel free to be entertained by my occasional hobbling around and joking about a sore bottom :-)
