Hi Everyone,
If you haven't already heard us banging on about this, we are both running in an event called the Puma Hell Runner on Sunday 15th of November, which does exactly what it says on the tin !
In brief it is 12 miles of challenging off-road running on tough, twisting trails, including the famed Hills of Hell and the Bog of Doom!
To make it worse neither of us have done any running before, so we've had to spend the last 3 months training!

In all seriousness, we are entering this event to raise money for a very worthwhile local charity, The Noah's Ark Children's Hospice.
Noah's Ark are committed to developing a hospice service to provide practical support to life-limited children and their families.
