Hello,

I'm running the 20 miles between Nottingham Forest and Derby County to raise awareness for Prostate Cancer UK, which is the most common cancer for men.

In the UK, about 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer at some point in their lives. Every hour one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 10,800 men every year.

The aim is for fans from two fierce footballing rivals to work together to raise money for this charity. If Forest and Derby fans can work together, then you know this is serious, and worth a few quid, please give what you can....
