On Sunday 6th September 2009 I completed the Tour de Helsinki - a 140km bike ride around the greather Helsinki area along with over a thousand Finns, and the odd other ulkomaalainen on two wheels. My final time was 5 hours 37 minutes 50 seconds - see my blog for more details.

This page is for donations to Cancer Research UK - a charity that my family, particularly my Dad, was involved in supporting through the Hanworth Carnival for many years.  If you would like to contribute to my other chosen charity, the CJD Support Network, in memory of my father, please visit my other page via this link.
