Hello,

My big sister (love you Mel) has been fighting with cancer for the last few years - she has had some great treatment and support but would it not be awesome if we could nip it in the bud or cure it some way?

To raise some money for Cancer Research UK I am going to ride from John O'Groats to Land's End..on a motorbike that cost me £250 and in one day - the Longest Day - June 21st 2014.

Anyone that has travelled some distance can understand this is a tough challenge.  Itis 906 miles.

Anyone that rides a motorbike knows this is going to murder my backside and brains. It will take 20 hours

We all know it is madness...but it is going to get done.

With the rest of the LDD2014 team we are going to set off at sunrise and with iron will/buttocks will ride the entire length of this awesome country - without using motorways, without speeding recklessly and with due regard for all the laws and without regard for anything other than finishing and knowing I have earned and deserved your support.

So - please spare me some money for the cause - It is a great cause and a superb challenge
