On 17th January 2008 our friend Mark died suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 30, on the day of his 4th wedding anniversary and less than a week after his daughter's second birthday.

Five years after Mark's death a small group of Mark's friends wanted to do something in Mark's memory. We want to show Mark's family that Mark hasn't been forgotten and that he is fondly remembered by those that knew him. 

In Mark's honour Dawn, Iain, Nikki and Grant are doing the Glasgow 10.0k on 6th October. We hope to raise as much money as possible to support those who are affected by sudden death.
