Mark Smith is running in the Marathon to raise funds for South Westminster Legal Advice Centre. The Centre provides free legal advice for the poorest and most disadvantaged of Westminster's residents in the social welfare areas of law such as housing debt and benefits. The need for this service is increasing rapidly while the funds for the service are decreasing.
