Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Three friends, Mike Fealey, Chris Hancock and I, are cycling 150 miles between NLIAH's office in Wrexham and the main office in Llanharan in South Wales. The journey will be undertaken over 3 days, the 9th to the 11th October. We have each picked a charity and mine is Prostate Cancer Research Centre.

We are really hoping that it doesn't rain but I suppose a plague of frogs could be worse so what the hell!!!

If you see us on route give us a cheer and a quick shot of performance enhancing substances (Haribo Tangfastics are the best!). If you see us hovering above our seats in a pub you are entitled by law to buy us a drink (to help ease the pain of course)
