Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This Easter my brother in-law (Kevin) and I are taking on the gruelling challenge of cycling from John of Groats to Lands End. We will by cycling a total of 950 miles over the course of 10 days.
The charity I have decided to help raise funds for is The Royal Star & Garter. This charity was formed in 1916 to care for disabled young men returning from the battlegrounds of the First World War. It continues today by providing nursing and therapeutic care to the ex-Service men and women who have served in conflicts.
This particular charity has special meaning to me as I believe we all owe a huge amount of respect and gratitude to those people (including my dear Grandpa George) who fought for our freedom today.
If you'd all kindly reach into your pockets and help me to raise some funds for this very worthy cause, your contributions would be greatly received.
Go on! Sponsor me (and my arse!) on this anticipated adventure.
(Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.)
