BUPA Great North Run 2009 · 20 September 2009 ·

At Bluebell Wood, we care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions. We support hundreds of families, both in our hospice and in family homes. It costs around £6.7m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. We receive 17% Statutory funding.

Story

Hi

Thank you so much for visiting my JustGiving Fundraising Page.

This year I have decided to take part in The Great North Run to raise funds for The Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice which is just a stones throw from my house here in North Anston.

The hospice cost's thousands of pounds a month to simply stay open. So, with my trainers at the ready I will be running the 13.1mles on September 20th to ensure that it helps keep the hospice open for the children.

Feel free to donate on this safe and secure site. My target is to raise a minimum of £1000!

It's safe to donate via this site...

So please dig deep and donate as much as you can for this wonderful charity and it's brave children.

Cheers, Mark. ;)
