The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I did this ride back in 2012 with hardly any practice. In my effort to get fitter, I have started spinning classes with my wonderful neighbours, Cher and Rebecca.

Through their encouragement, I am now spinning three times a week and the Palace to Palace seemed like a good goal, something for me, to get fitter and also to raise funds for The Princes Trust, one of the most worthwhile causes in the UK today. In 2012, the ride took me around six hours, I am aiming to do it a much faster time this year, especially as I will have colleagues and friends cycling with me.
