Thanks for taking the time to visit my Yoga Aid JustGiving page.

 

On October 31st I will be taking part in the Yoga Aid Challenge at the Yoga Show. I will be doing 108 sun salutations, that's a whole lot of yoga, to raise money for the Prison Phoenix Trust. The Trust teaches yoga and meditation to prisoners who can benefit from what yoga can teach both on and off the mat.
