We have all had friends affected by harmful diseases - and want to do something to help them. Our chance is to trek to the summit of Snowdon in aid of prostate cancer research. This involves getting to the top of the highest mountain in Wales, and back down again, without the aid of beer or sheep. We are part of a small, dedicated team doing this challenge together.
A group of us at will be participating over a weekend in May 2010 - please help us raise us much money as possible to help support friends and family impacted by prostate cancer. The mountain takes about 5 or more hours to summit.
