Story
Hi everybody!
As some of you know, I am addicted to sports. I have been running on a regular basis for more than a year now, and I have progressively run three different races: 5k, 10k, half-marathon. You might think the next step is to run a marathon. Well, not for now.
Last year, I learnt that people run races in the UK in order to do fundraising for charity. I know I can run a half marathon, so the next step is to run for charity. I am extremely happy to help a NGO to get funds for their projects by doing one of the things I enjoy the most: running.
Why should you sponsor me?
The main reason to sponsor me is that I am running for Action Against Hunger, which means your money will help to save lives. As little as 1 pound can make a big difference.10 pounds can make an even bigger difference. And 100 pounds...well that would make an incredibly big difference!
Apart from that, there are quite a lot of reasons for you to support me; at least one of these will apply to you:
- You are a really good friend of mine and you want to be the first to support me.
- You are my enemy and you really want to see me suffering.
- You know you have met me somewhere and, even though you cannot remember how we met, you do remember I was really nice.
- You like trying new things. Since you have never heard of this kind of fundraising before, you have an uncontrollable impulse to try this new kind of donation.
- You have a compulsive disorder and cannot help donating.
- I am from Spain and you like Spain.
- You feel like donating today.
- You have read too much to leave this website without doing something productive -like donating.
