<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;">I expect we all know someone who has been affected by cancer and many by Bowel Cancer. I know two very special people who are affected by Bowel Cancer right now; my Brother in law and mate Bob, and My Boss's lovely </span><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;">daughter Holly who both have bowel cancer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;">Holly is now in the very capable care of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;">Holly is very keen to raise funding both for the Hospice and for the fight against bowel cancer, both of which have to rely very heavily on charitable donations. Holly is very brave and makes all of us proud to know her.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;">Bob is the nicest bloke you could meet, he has had a real struggle with bowel cancer,and on top of that he has developed Myasthenia Gravis (a muscle related disease) and he went virtually blind.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;"> Last week however he got most of his sight back and came home, only to have a heart attack the next day. He's a little better at the moment and is recovering but he still has a long fight to get the all clear.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;">I know your very best wishes will go to Holly and and Bob and everyone else whos lives have been affected by Bowel Cancer.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;">I am joining the Chris Evans ‘Decembeard’ charity fundraiser and I have stopped shaving and started growing a beard for December. </span></p>
