I have decided to run the London Marathon this year-spurred on by my younger work colleagues. I have chosen as my main charity The National Osteoporosis Society. Many fractures that I now treat are as a result of osteoporotic bones.I will also be running on behalf of the St. Georges pelvic fracture unit, something very dear to me - having set up and run the unit for 20 years.Any support will be greatly appreciated. Training is going well at the moment but there is still a long way to go !
