For those who know me you know what the past year was like, this time last year i trained so hard for the London Marathon clocking 62miles per week! and on march 31st i was anialated by a horses leg when it booted me straight in the head, it was 1inch away from killing me and i had to go through a 7hr operation to remove bits of  forehead bone from the brain! (not good)!and have my nose put back to where it originally was! then after that i had my appendix out and after i thought it was all over i busted my foot and ended up in plaster and on crutches but now people, Martin Gear is back with alot of determination to complete the 2010 London Marathon if i have to walk it in 12hrs i will! what ever it takes i will be there in april!. A big player in my road to recovery was the racing welfare and the staff there who helped me so much and are still helping me to plan for the future by sending me to college on a evening course to train to be a carpenter, so i BEG you to donate only if its a tiny amount it will help the racing welfare help people like they helped me to boost my spirits in the last year. Thanks. Martin Gear.
