Hello friends. On the 6th of  May I will be walking from John O' Groats to Land's End and raising funds for childhood leukaemia research. The route I have chosen is over 1000 miles long. By donating on this page you can if you wish remain anonymous. If you do donate via this page and you are a UK taxpayer please remember to tick the "Gift Aid" box as that gives an extra 25% because the charity can claim the tax back.

All of my lodgings, food and drinks and travel expenses are being taken care of by myself and every penny raised will go to help children in the present and in the future. Although this page is for general cancer research I have been in touch with Cancer Research UK and have been assured that the money will specifically go to childhood leukaemia research.

If you know me personally or live locally you will probably know where to find me of an evening and are welcome to make a donation in person as I will be printing off sponsorship forms. If you cannot donate don't worry because I do understand that some of us cannot afford it.

 

Q1) Why?

A) A workmate of mine has a son with leukaemia and he is about 2 years into his course of treatment, we are all hopeful but like many others he still has a long way to go before being cured.

Q2) Can I share this page to my facebook friends?
