Hi. I'm taking part in Macride 2010. This is to raise money for a great cause – Macmillan Cancer Support – and give me something to aim for. I'll be doing this ride and completing it come rain or shine!

25 miles might not seem like much, but as I've been riding only a couple of months and 16 miles is the most I've done in a single day so far, 25 miles seems like a reasonable and achievable target. Who knows, maybe next year I'll do the 63-mile route!

Last year's Macride raised over £36,700. Ideally I'd like to raise £250, which would equate to £10 per mile. Every penny helps, so if you can spare anything at all then please consider making a donation. The value of your contribution will be private.
